Your Rights
If we maintain personal information about you that is subject to the CCPA, you may exercise certain rights, including:

  • Right to Know. You can ask us to share details about the personal information we’ve collected about you, including the types of information, where we got it from, why we collected, sold, or shared it, and who we’ve shared it with.
  • Right to Delete or Correct. You may request that we delete or correct, update, or modify personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Limit the Use of Your Sensitive Personal Information. You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to perform the Services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer.
  • Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing. You may direct us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Non-discrimination. You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights under the CCPA.

Exercising Your Rights. If you are a California resident and would like to exercise any of your privacy rights, you can reach out to us via email at privacy@sabre.com or by sending a request through postal mail located in the “Contact Us” section below.

When we receive your request, we’ll take steps to verify your identity. This may include asking for details that match the information we have, such as your name, email address, or other identifying data. In some cases, we may request additional information to confirm your identity or to fulfill your request appropriately. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to fulfill your request. If we need more time to process your request, we will provide you with an explanation.

Authorized Agent. You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf in exercising your privacy rights. To do so, you must give that individual written authorization, which we may ask them to provide when submitting a request for you. Additionally, we may require you to verify your identity and confirm directly that you have granted this authorization.

Retention
We retain personal information about you for as long as it is necessary to provide our products and services, to meet our current and future legal obligations, and to meet our legitimate interests.
